Refund and Returns Policy
- Returns and Refunds
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All sales are final. Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.
- If you receive a damaged, wrong or defective product, please contact on 9878911665 within 24 hours to address the issue.
- To be eligible for the replacement under the above situation, here are the policies:
- Customer has to inform us within 24 hours of the delivery via email id given below: kreloncosmetics@gmail.com
- Customer needs to be willing to provide the images, videos as and when asked regarding the claim.
- Product packaging, labels and invoice need to be present at the time of return.
- If all the above policies are followed, we will send for a reverse pickup to your shipping address registered at the time of order.
- Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame
- The product is made to order or personalized.
- Outside the above given reasons, we do not accept any return requests.
- Once a successful claim is registered and we receive the product along with packaging and invoice, a replacement order will be dispatched within 2 – 4 working days towards your registered address. It will take another 3-8 days by the shipping agent to deliver the product to your address.
